"I have a dual mission at Rousselot. On one hand, I’m involved in the development of new products and processes, starting from extracellular matrix proteins, mainly for the Biomedical field. On the other hand, I develop tools and methods to characterize these products in the most complete way possible. This enables us to offer our clients not only the innovative ingredients, but also the support they need in the development of their product and application."
