Subject to your consent, Darling Ingredients also uses the cookie-based tool Marketing Hub Professional of HubSpot Ireland Limited, HubSpot House, One Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland ("HubSpot") on the website www.rousselot.com. The tool allows Darling Ingredients to collect lead information by tracking visitor behavior on the website after a visitor fills out a contact form. Darling Ingredients can thereby link a visitor’s behavior on the website to their contact details and better assess the value of leads. HubSpot also allows Darling Ingredients to send out newsletters to the leads collected subject to applicable laws.

The data is transmitted to HubSpot where it is processed on behalf of Darling Ingredients in data centers in the U.S. and the EU. The data is also shared with other recipients who act as processors of Darling Ingredients.
The duration of the operation of cookies used for the above purpose varies depending on the cookie: Some cookies are deleted at the end of the session (session cookies). Other cookies remain on the end device for up to 13 months (persistent cookies).
Further information about HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional can be found in the privacy policy of HubSpot.
Depending on your consent, we also activate a LinkedIn Cookie (LinkedIn Insight Tag) when you visit our website (LinkedIn Ireland, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland). The tag reports to LinkedIn what actions you have taken on our website as well as data by which you may be identified. This allows LinkedIn to see that you have visited our website, what you have clicked on and if you clicked on a link on LinkedIn that connects you to our website. This also allows LinkedIn to show you interest-based content. LinkedIn can link this data to your user account and use it for its own purposes. For further information how LinkedIn processes your data please check LinkedIn Privacy Policy.
We do not receive any data about you or other LinkedIn users, but only statistics that show us, aggregated for all users for a certain period, how they used our offers and ads on other platforms of LinkedIn. This helps us to detemine which of our ads were successful and which ones were not.

Please note that the Websites are general audience websites and Darling Ingredients does not knowingly or intentionally collect personal data from persons under 16 years of age. If and when we become aware that someone under the age of 16 has provided personal data to us without the necessary consent of his/her legal representative, we will use reasonable endeavors to remove this personal data from our computer and operating systems.
