Prior to Rousselot, Andrea worked as an Insights & Analytics manager for Innova Market Insights, a global knowledge leader in the food & beverage industry.
Andrea holds a Bsc. in Food & Health Science from Cork Institute of Technology and a Msc. in Health Food Innovation Management from Maastricht University.
